We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our CEO to drive operational excellence and support OpenMinds’ rapid growth.
– Bring 5+ years as a COO, Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar senior role.
– Have strong expertise in HR, recruitment, finance, and process design and a track record of building and optimizing these functions.
– Have scaled operations for teams of 50+ in high-growth environments.
– Are data-savvy with strong analytical skills and fluency in relevant operational tools (Excel/Sheets, Notion).
– Thrive on continuous optimisation—tracking metrics, refining processes, and scaling people and workflows effectively.
– Are an effective communicator and leader, inspiring alignment and collaboration across teams.
– Have a strong command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
– Design a scalable operational architecture to support the growth of our team from 25 to 100+ members in the next 2 years.
– Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and aligning financial strategies with our operational objectives.
– Conduct process audits across departments, enhancing efficiency through automation, checklists, and innovative tools.
– Set and monitor departmental goals and KPIs to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure long-term sustainability.
– Support the legal team in managing compliance and legal matters.
– Report directly to CEO.
