Who we’re looking for

OpenMinds seeks a meticulous and proactive Financial Manager to enhance our financial operations. This role is essential in managing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with various departments to maintain precise financial records.ʼ

In the position you will:

– Manage and oversee daily financial operations

– Prepare and analyse financial reports

– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

– Handle timely submission of financial statements

– Collaborate with other departments and external partners on financial matters

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

– Keeping track on expenses and income

We are a perfect match if you have:

– At least two years of experience in finance or accounting

– A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

– Decent level of knowledge in the UK corporate law and accounting (experience with grants will be a bonus)

– English language proficiency (B2 or higher)

– Excellent organisational and time management skills

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
