Who we’re looking for

‍

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer to help us scale and streamline our outbound communication workflows. This role will help us build reliable, repeatable systems that support digital outreach, audience engagement, and message delivery.

‍

In the position you will:

‍

— Develop and maintain automation tools to manage multi-channel outreach workflows with a focus on Telegram

‍

— Work closely with strategic communications team to implement automated messaging pipelines

‍

— Monitor and improve relevant metrics, such as delivery, performance, uptime, and response time

‍

— Maintain a secure and robust runtime environment

‍

— Utilise LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc) for message optimisation

‍

— Stay up to date on best practices and evolving capabilities of relevant messaging APIs

‍

We are a perfect match if you have:

‍

— 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python or JS stack)

‍

— A hacker mindset and being comfortable to cut through unknown

‍

— Solid Python or JS skills

‍

— Solid understanding of the Telegram ecosystem

‍

— Proven experience in building similar tools for Telegram outreach and Telegram messaging APIs (e.g., python-telegram-bot, Telethon/gramjs, aiogram)

‍

— At least basic experience with frontend ecosystem

‍

— Would be a plus: understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and content delivery strategies

‍

— Would be a plus: experience in building scraping tools and SEO
