OpenMinds is a cognitive defence tech company countering authoritarian influence in the battle for free and open societies. We work with over 30 governments and organisations worldwide, including Ukraine, the UK, and NATO member governments, leading StratCom agencies, and research institutions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our PR & communications, business development and administrative efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organised, enjoys research and communications, and can effectively track multiple deadlines and opportunities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of key business activities.
— Identify and track industry conferences, networking events, and other strategic opportunities in the field of cognitive defence and countering disinformation
— Conduct preliminary research and prepare background briefs on potential clients and partners
— Assist in preparing proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements
—Look for relevant journalists in the field, update the media database, and monitor media coverage
— Support administrative preparation for the conferences
— Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and partners, prepare meeting notes, summarise key action points, follow up on next steps when requested
— Assist with internal documentation, ensuring key information is updated, well-structured, and easily accessible
— A high level of diligence and attention to detail
— Strong research skills and the ability to present information in a clear, structured format
— The capability to work proactively, independently, and quickly handle administrative tasks
— Excellent written and spoken English
